@Jim I started to work on this last night. First wanted to do it fully by hand, but already the slightest reordering is much work, because my editor only allows me to cut and past lines (rows), but not columns. I could try to use excel (or the open office equivalent), but I decided to write a program instead, which allows me to manually perform basic operations (on both matrices simultaneously), and immediately prints the results.

But then, including (individualization + canonical labeling based) partitioning would also be nice for visualization, so I guess it will take slightly longer (probably I will be finished Sunday evening).

[ BTW, sometime you go silent :) ........due to your office work or reconsidering my draft.... but it feels awkward, it would be nice to know when you will be back or you are taking a break, just a nice protocol! :) ] .Have a nice time.
