She went out on the weekly bike ride for the first time in weeks and the competitive group said they were going to take off and she just stayed with them for the entire ride. I dont think it was as long as it can be though, only 50 or 60 miles
I have a question to ask on main. Just wanted to make sure it's on-topic.
Is breakfast the first meal you eat when you get up, no matter you get up at 1200 AM. Or is it the one you are supposed to eat when you get up in the morning?
@VPeric There's a lot of variety in biking communities. 50 miles is short for some, long for others. 62.5 (100km) is a common goal distance for people to train for.
@Gigili That sounds more like a question about language than one about fitness.
Right, I dunno; at a guess, we have different goals (mine are more like "eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a king, eat dinner like a king") so I'm not sure I can help much.
Still, if your days are the same just shifted by some hours then I see no reason not to shift your meals by the same number of hours.
And IMHO, such a question wouldn't be in the scope of the site (as in, I'd probably vote to close), but you can always try and ask it, maybe others will disagree with me. :)
