Regarding this answer: I've tried flagging it - no success. I've tried adding comments criticising it - some of them have not merely been moved to chat, but outright deleted. I've tried adding inline [citation needed] comments, and they've been reverted by the answerer. What approach should I be taking?

@AndrewGrimm Downvote and move on for now. Its a controversial answer for sure. There is a chat room dedicated to it, try reasoning there if you have the time/inclination.

regarding flagging, the answer was deleted in response to that. the owner then substantially changed it and added references, and it was undeleted
