Oh i was thinking this through the other day. What do you guys think of having paper clips as the badge symbols?
Cant think of any better representative of the workplace! The paper clip has followed the workplace through its many forms, first the physical one, then again as clippy the paper clip in word, its used as the symbol for attachments, many company chat programs have it as the symbol. seems more representative of work than a coffee cup

@enderland The original question had 2 offers of different job tasks. That is too localized. It only pertained to the OP so I removed it from the question
They really were not that different one was working with back end systems the other worked with both.
@enderland If you present a medical problem to an engineer they will design a system that will allow you to do it while sick, a surgeom will want to cut out the affected part, and a programmer will have a software solution ... that is just our nature to want to solve problems with our tools

@enderland That our kids today are being raised with out the moral fortitude to stick out tough situations.
When we teach them that the first thing they shoudl do when confronted with an uncomfortable situation is run away and that winning is a bad thing how can you come up with anything else.
@Vartec - And we have people that go through the drive through and order hot coffee and then sue when they dump it in their lap and get burned. I think it is a perfect example of darwinism. If your kid is too dumb to realize they shouldnt eat plastic toys and you are too dumb to stop them then that removes defective genetic material from the genepool.
