Took two weeks, but I finally have enough quantum solars to craft the most expensive recipes in that thing in around 1.5 seconds.
Got a few more mods going into this, and then I'm just going to upload this map to a server to finish it (which will take a month or two), that can tide folks over if they want until the 1.9 pack.
