After receiving no answer in about two weeks, the author of this question reposted to CS Theory. I have no objections to this, but should we close the question here?
@Evil Yes, it is. But we're OK with cross-posts when the asker has waited a decent amount of time and still not had a response. The fact that we were unable to help with their question shouldn't prevent them from being able to ask somewhere else.
@DavidRicherby oh, I distinguish the situation when after decent amount of time it was posted at TCS with proper info. Understandable, but still this is a cross-post and the question was orphaned here (no comment, ask for migration).
@Evil I guess the asker felt that we didn't care about the question, since we'd not answered it. The question on TCS does start by saying that it had already appeared here.
