questions with a "wrong premise" are annoying but think it shouldnt disqualify them. answers can correct hidden bias/ premises. a/ the definitive/ authoritative answer might be "no, that is incorrect because ..." or "that only holds when..." ie has anyone heard of
snopes.com? actually an excellent resource relied on by many & cited all over SE. am ok with significant votes on a question to "correct a common misconception or urban legend" etc.
