We only have 17 users that theoretically could vote to close. And only 6 of them actually reviewed in the Close Vote Queue more than 2 times.

So, we probably only have 6 users who more or less active review the CVs. I would like to help there, but I can't due to lack of rep. Same applies to Martin Büttner as far as I understood.

@trichoplax I think the underlying question is, how many users would like to contribute in moderation, but can not due to lack of reputation.

As of the CVQ, looking on who did review and who can not anymore, there are not that many users who fall into that category. (I won't count users with 101 or 1 rep there)

There's only some unspellable name ("Guardian" probably) with no posts and 101 rep, Martin Büttner and I who did more than 2 reviews and are below the 500 rep mark.

And even most of the ones who only did 1 or 2 reviews there are already above that mark

I'm going to include the people who only worked the queue once in my edit, because the low number may just be because less work was spread between more people.
