could you try adding // @require http://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.1.4.min.js at the top of the userscript?

Just under the require's at the top of the file.

and then refresh and see if it works.

well... the script uses jQuery UI for some elements so don't remove that...

Page source for profile page is loading <script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script> confirmed by dev tools network tab. so neither of the lines in your script appears to load a newer version of jquery ...
