I am a believer that our site is not meant to answer blunt programming questions even if they have financial implications. However, we would gladly accept specific implementation questions where they are not basic, well explained...
@vonjd I saw your comment but it disappeared. I made matlab a synonym of programming since we historically decided to do so. The idea was to try to avoid having too many technology-focused question. Does that make sense?
