I was looking at the stats of other (no beta) sites and I noted that a lot of them do not fulfill the requirements that a site needs to be promoted from beta to non-beta. For instance, crossvalidated has only 63% of answered questions.

Once you have been promoted to non-beta site, you cannot back to the previous state?

Hull and Cochrane? Can you point at some specific texts, maybe on Amazon?
