@Izzy my brothers xiaomi redmi 2 is stuck at mi logo
Actually he used device till 0% battery,now battery is charging but is still stuck at mi logo
I searched on this site and found same situation but others were rooting their device.
Should I fast boot it? And will it delete all memory?

@Fawad have you tried recharging the device fully before trying to turn it on?
