@AndrewT. I think if it was migrated we'd still need more information (OS version, what they've tried to do to fix it etc.) in order to try and help

It would definitely be better suited to this site than SO though as i don't think it's development related

@AndrewT. Given the fact that the OP doesn't respond to questions for clarification in addition to what bmdixon pointed out, I'd say one of the core rules applies: Don't migrate crap. Not enough input to answer it here, and not likely to get that input it seems.
