FYI, I'm closing some questions about "controlling volume separately" as a dupe to this question, since from what I see, the solution is more-or-less the same (3rd-party app, custom ROM, or Android M)

Has this always been the same situation or our main site has seen a drop in number of questions getting answered? At the moment, we stand at last second position when it comes to % of answers. Just 60%. stackexchange.com/sites#percentanswered
