@gerrit I know it is a little political, but I would totally upvote a community "site ad" for the scientist march. Probably should try and make one.
 
@StrongBad You could even use the event system to countdown to it.
 
@Wrzlprmft I would want to make sure there is enough community support (or at least moderator support) for it before doing something like that.
 
@StrongBad Sure you do, I just wanted to remind you of the option. It has never been used on Academia after all.

@StrongBad i just posted a proposal that is simply a crop of the banner on the campaign homepage. I sent them a copy to ensure that is alright with them, but it almost certainly is, so i went ahead.
