Q: NFL Play for Ineligible Player

user2096078Has there ever been a play in the NFL that is designed for an ineligible offensive player to at some point receive the ball? Q: What was format of tennis year-end champtionships in the past?

MartinI wonder how the rules and format of the year-end championship in the ATP tour and WTA tour evolved. For example I notice that in 1985 men played knock-out tournament, whereas in 1986 the semifinalist were decided in round-robin. I see a similar change between 2002 and 2003 women tournament. I notice that here on sports.SE the community bulletin sometimes contains remainders about correct tagging or link to a specific question on meta marked as event.
For example at the moment there is an "event" Are questions about fantasy sports on topic?.
Another example from the past:
When I suggested similar use of CB at another site I was told that this is not a proper way to use event in community bulletin.
Of course, I trust mods of sports.SE and it's up to them to make the call. I just thought that pointing to that discussion where some arguments about this were given (and judging by the number of upvotes at least some users agreed with these arguments) will do no hamr.
I should mention that the question I am linking to was mainly about putting reminders about correct tagging and some other good practices in CB. I did not ask about posting meta questions as events in CB.
I do not know whether many users notice the community bulletin in the upper right corner, but I can say that it is working for me. I usually read what is there and if it seems to be a topiic which could interest me, then I click and read more about it.

When I was talking about community bulletin, I should have mentioned that in the answer on another meta, using tag is suggested as a preferred way to get a post from meta into CB.
