You must have selected the 'Fix topbar position' in the options. (yes this is a separate feature!). You can see this is an option in itself in the screenshot.

@ᔕᖺᘎᕊ another problem - the new profile layout doesn't appear to have the button for changing options. I'm having to change them within the code.

Can you see anything on the console? There's no reason it shouldn't show up.

@ᔕᖺᘎᕊ - I seem to remember having fixed a similar issue before - I think it was just finding the height of the topbar and offsetting the title bar by that much from the top.
Possibly.
