I look at it kind of like the moderator thing. I didn't expect to get in, but I did expect to gain some experience - which I already have. I have also gained a vibrant interest in that site and answers about several engines that I was working on.

And who knows, I may yet get in. ;)

The point is that that's not the point. Success isn't measured only in what we accomplish, but also in what we learned while trying.

I couldn't agree with you more. For me, one of the greatest teachers I have ever had is attempting success. Failure has made me better. As well, failure has given me confidence that in the long run, I will figure it out. That's the beauty of SE, reality and truth will eventually rise to the surface.

Yes, or at least what the majority thinks is truth...

That too...but at the end of the day it will help me get closer to an understanding that I didn't have before. Perhaps after that community truth I'm able to find out what the next level is. Stepping stones....

Yep. The beauty of living. Every step brings us closer to where we're going. But there, I'm just about to plunge into a religious discussion... :)

But seriously, I would encourage you to go ahead with a proposal. I've had a bit of experience in that line myself, so we might find ourselves together on another site... :)
