The first 50 km of the week are easy, commuting. The rest is work, although I am lucky enough never to work more than my contract 38 hours per week.

@Willeke -- 38 hours a week is what everyone should aim at. That imbibes good work-life balance, and it is sustainable as well.
In India, people have set a thought-process where it is assumed that if one is working in a Product company/organization, and if he/she works 40 hours a week, its 100% efficient.
On contrast, India is also a huge Service-providing nation. And, 40 hours a week is considered less contribution. People slogging long hours are appreciated, which is sad.
