@CharlieBrumbaugh Good question, I noticed that too! Obviously parts of it are in Spanish, but I have no idea why. I'll be looking forward to the answer. @Aravona, thanks for that explanation about dressage. I know you love horses and wouldn't suggest an activity that's painful to them.

@RoryAlsop, I hope you had a good time at the festival! It looks like fun, and, for an American, very unusual!

@Sue Thank you - it was wonderful. Many trials and tribulations of a motoring nature on the way home, so our journey took about 14 hours, instead of 6, and was on the back of 4 different recovery trucks :-(

@RoryAlsop So glad you had fun, but the car trouble part sounds really annoying!

@Sue was very frustrating, and unfortunately of the 4, 2 drivers were incredibly rude and incompetent (one even broke the law on a few occasions, so my wife and I were very concerned for our safety)

@RoryAlsop Yikes. Scary is much worse than annoying. I'm so glad you and she are both okay.

A complaint has been raised, but at least we enjoyed the festival, and discovered the wonders of "pirate metal" - a genre we hadn't previously been made aware of. Songs sung in a pirate style, with loud guitars and drums and so on - very funny

I hope the complaint is enough to have an impact on getting some dangerous people off the road, or at least held accountable for their actions.

@gerrit I looked up that beautiful word and, according to this site, germany.info/Vertretung/usa/en/__pr/GIC/TWIG__WoW/2013/…, it has some ties to Henry David Thoreau, who I particularly admire. I've read his books, and been to his childhood home by Walden pond, which is less than an hour from here. Very peaceful.
