We had a family orientated weekend, next weekend we are hopefully just going for a swim and doing nothing.

My run is improving, for someone with a hip injury and as unfit as I am!

It's 100m further than I thought I was doing too.

@Aravona No, I propbaly forgot to mention it. Steph decided she wants to rescue a dog instead so we went down the local rescue charity and picked one up!

she's not been very well treated, he's been hit and lived in a small cage her entire life
