I personally feel that though the OP there plans to purchase the food along the way, this is a bit broader, but then we have also treated question related to European trails that are wider in scope as well. Hey there! While I'm more biased towards wild camping, I think the question would certainly be applicable to car camping. As much as it pains me, I think ice chest and camp stove would be fair game. :)
