As I can draw the figure in rectangular coordinates, calculate area and perimeter according to radius "r" of the circle and find the points of intersection of the inner circles.

@Alucard don't use Style Italic for definitions but Style[..., "MyDefinition"] then go to Format -> Edit Stylesheet and add MyDefinition style and options for FontColor and FontSlant.
@halirutan that is where I find downvoting of a question applicable.
As much as I don't like the "do this for me" questions, and don't think they match the QA format for this site, they do lead to some great results sometimes so I don't know what to say
There's another user who regularly posts cool gifs asking how to make them
one time I think I shamed him to remove a post, saying right after he posted it "You aren't new to the site, you should be able to at least post an attempt" - then I felt mean
@JasonB It's exactly this kind of people I would never ever hire. If he intended to give this as some kind of challenge, he could have said so and gave some more interesting background information.
The main problem with such nice problems is that you/I/one really has to resist the urge to work it out and post a nice solution. Unfortunately, others do (and I'm not mad at them) and so the situation for the OP will never change. He gets answers and doesn't need to come up with one single thought by himself.
