@Kuba that sounds difficult enough to be asked on main.

8:32 AM
@J.M. is this on topic?

8:52 AM
@Kuba Maybe I'm dense today, but I do not see why it would be off-topic.

@J.M. It is about machine learning mostly, limited to what MMA allows to. So maybe I should first ask on a machine learning related site and then ask here if I can't find appriopriate options. The point is, I'm curious but not curious enough to do all those things :P
@J.M. Maybe I should even do a research by myself! :) I did quickly checked but found nothing very specific and I don't have time to learn more just to get that answer :)

@yode Sorry, I am not familiar enough with this particular topic ...
The community ads got a bit neglected since the format change ...

Q: Community Promotion Ads - 2016

Grace NoteIt's 2016 now, and we've made some changes to the sidebar size. As such, we can now restart the Community Promotion Ads for 2016! Keep in mind, we have updated some of the guidelines compared to previously - the changes are marked in bold in the Image Requirements section. What are Community Pr...

I'm putting the link here in case anyone feels like making more, or updating old ones.
For example the one for the IDEA plugin (@halirutan?)
Maybe also one for the chatroom?

@Szabolcs Yeah, I kind of forgot about the ads.. I need to make more than one ad..

@Kuba Thanks for the find! I sometimes have trouble finding dupes unless I remember the original for some reason...

@J.M. sure, I had it in my bookmarks under FAQ/ lists / Transpose[{l1,l2}] :) Search engine is useless for

Q: How to type greek letters on mathematica.stackexchange

usumdelphiniI usually ask questions on this website, and many of them contain greek letters in the code part. For instance: \[CapitalTheta]=0 After a while, someone edits the question and, magically, the capital theta becomes a real capital theta, formatted correctly. I am always bewildered by this, and s...

Just noticed you can now say Table[x,10] instead of Table[x,{10}]. Been wanting that for a while.

I have the feeling that this site is losing much of the fun aspect. Wolfram Community is doing much better in this respect :-( I wish there were a way to get it back while staying within the Q/A framework ...
This ad is trying to be a small step in that direction ... meta.mathematica.stackexchange.com/a/1903/12 Of course it was made entirely in Mathematica, save for the image compression.
Does anyone else feel like making other ads (or better alternatives to this one) that showcases the fun aspect of the site?
TeX.SE is doing better. Despite it's age and larger size, it still has a regular inflow of interesting stuff (even if the majority of questions is inevitably boring)

@Szabolcs he's been seen seven days ago on StackExchange.
@Szabolcs I've lost interest a bit too.

We’ve all heard the phrase “You can’t compare apples and oranges.” Well, the “impossible” can now be done within the Wolfram Language. With the help of new features and new data, you can finally compare the two fruits from the inside out. Along with a variety of interactive visualizations, the real difference between apples and [...]
