James is back with another broad, general question about something he's already done. I'm kinda confused about what he wants as answers to any of his questions, they all seem to be "I have done/will do X, tell me it's a good idea". bicycles.stackexchange.com/questions/39203/…
Also, upright tandem tadpole trike: roman-road.co.uk

Looks like a pig to corner.

I get the impression that cornering on those things is not a strong point. But upright trikes are a bit of a thing in the UK for some reason.
Also, a cut on the tip on my middle finger makes it surprisingly hard to type. I'm moving my hands more, which means a lot of m's and n's instead of spaces. It;'s really annoying.

I use superglue for finger cuts.
Works really well
(Don't do this)

Q: Where to tell people how you solved the problem you asked about?

HeihejI asked a question recently (Should an amateur attempt truing a wheel) about truing a damged wheel on my bike. With the help (and encouragement) of the answers I got the bike into riding condition. Now I would like to somehow add a note to the question as to how I solved it (the resources I used ...

@alex Why not? Superglue was used in the Vietnam war for exactly that - fast temporary sutures.

moreover, it was one of those accidental inventions, when they were looking for something to stop bleeding
(during the Vietnam War, as @Criggie says)

Mind you - must have been a brave chemist putting "cyanoacrylate" on open wounds.

9:49 PM
Yeah, I'm a big fan, but I don't like advising it to others. It's not the nicest chemical and can cause some skin problems and is harder to replace than a plaster, so don't glue any filth in there.
The medically approved versions are slightly different to the hardware store stuff to address some of the problems

In this case I was grating potato and slipped, so there's a notch removed from my finger. Glue wouldn't help. Although I have used it in the past when I have sliced myself open.
@Criggie remember that MSDS usually have an LD50 that's animal testing based. Often they find out while doing that whether things have useful properties.
Even just "makes bunnies clean" can lead to useful results.
(as well as dead bunnies, obviously)

alex: I've used the cheap chinese version of superglue in the past to sort things
