Some background More than occasionally I’ve seen Java code that looks like: StringBuilder query = new StringBuilder(); query.append("SELECT something, somethingelse"); query.append(" FROM table"); query.append(" WHERE 1=1"); ResultSet rs = stmt.execuateQuery(query.toString()); or something to that effect. The key point of this being the call of several string constants in append one right

There is a software recommendations Stack Exchange site - you might try there, but make sure you read their help center there first (especially their How to Ask and on-topic guide) as this question would almost certainly be closed there as well. — EJoshuaS 45 secs ago

If you are going to echo stars, it would be better to echo them while the user types to provide feedback. See my notes... Cryptography, Password Input. The current version of my script is ask_password_stars Feedback is welcome. — anthony 25 secs ago

A more advance version is ask_password_stars. It was developed as part of my personal notes on (Cryptogrphy, Password Input)[ict.griffith.edu.au/anthony/info/crypto/passwd_input.‌txt]. — anthony 50 secs ago

What I understand is that your problems are specific to Tensorflow and not to some software you made. So again, I think it is off-topic, you might want to try any Tensorflow-related doc/forum. — Taro 49 secs ago

The 2017 Stack Overflow Developer Survey opened last week, and we on the Data Team are looking forward to analyzing the survey results to better understand our developer community. I am particularly interested in women in tech, for probably obvious reasons, and recently I explored last year's survey data to see what we can learn about women developers.

This is probably a question better suited for softwareengineering.stackexchange.comJon Adams 1 min ago

This is a rather broad question and not suited for SO. But you should try out Kafka's Streams API (disclaimer: I am a software engineer at Confluent working on Kafka Streams library) as it is build for use cases like this. Also check out Confluent's docs about Kafka Streams: docs.confluent.io/current/streams/index.htmlMatthias J. Sax 29 secs ago

Questions asking us to recommend or find a book, tool, software library, tutorial or other off-site resource are off-topic for Stack Overflow. This question is also too broad. Building a DBMS is a very complex topic, well outside the scope of a Q&A site. — Amy 5 secs ago

This would probably be a better fit on the Software Engineering site (though do read their on-topic guidelines first). — halfer 50 secs ago
