@Shog9 Why do you think that unanswered questions aren't useful? It may be the same question, but just explained a lot better. It's good to have a canonical question to work on (improve/edit/bounty). @Seth Well, that is part of what it means to be suspended. Suspension is temporary. Also, I think the "1 reputation" thing is more about keeping them from exercising rep-gained privileges during the suspension, than anything else.
