If anybody is remotely interested, I've discovered that the nala repo now tries to install an invalid Python version on Ubuntu 22.04, which could lead to problems.

A: Better output for apt upgrade possible?

Artur MeinildFor Ubuntu 22.04 and higher, you can install the package manager nala (another front-end for libapt), which currently has an installation interface very similar to yum. It can be installed with these steps (for the latest version of nala). Download key packages and install: $ wget https://gitlab...

So I've edited my answer to now point out that you should remove the repo afterwards, and only re-enable if you wish to upgrade nala.
Of course if you don't use nala at all, or use the default Ubuntu version from the Universe repo, this doesn't matter. 😬

If not, can I use a passkey as a second authentication factor (2FA)? I can't find a way to either way to use a passke...
