@WYSIWYG So I was reviewing the low quality queue, and when I agreed that the question should be closed and clicked Recommend to Close, the standard flag menu comes up and none of those choices have the Not Long Enough flag. I flagged as Homework, because I didn't know what else to put, but I don't know if or how that is correct.
@AMR uhm.. "Homework" is a very dicey sort of close reason. We generally have been using it to indicate questions with almost zero research effort which sort of makes them same as asking someone else to do your homework. We have had a lot of debates on this in meta. Anyway, if you feel that this question is one of the zero effort sorts then it is acceptable to close them as homework.
@WYSIWYG Right, but someone must have already flagged it to be in the queue, correct? So what I was trying to do was second that recommendation. I do not quite understand why the system uses a flag instead for this.
Or is that not how it works? Is it that the post is put there by the system because it is a single line?
Ah... Aside from reviewing suggested edits, the low quality posts queue is also made available. This queue contains posts which were deemed of low quality by the system. Users are charged with the task of editing to improve their formatting and content, recommending deletion if it doesn't belong on our site, or marking that it is an acceptable post.
