I think the biggest issue is that you can't "download updates" without having internet. You need the internet to download the update, it's not like the update is hidden somewhere in the CD and needs permission to install it.

@Sentry There's nothing we can do, other than to ask him to upgrade his internet. He wanted to know how he can install remotely, this is the best solution yet.

You're making it sound like this answer is total garbage, which clearly means you failed to read the answer. I posted this answer right after the OP's first question, which originally asked how to install games remotely.

Let me now ask you: did you read my comment? I clearly stated that the second half of the answer is now irrelevant. The original state of the question does not matter. You misunderstood the question, it was clarified, and now you have cruft which ought to be removed. The first half of the answer is fine and should remain.

The second half is still relevant towards the OP's original point: How do I install remotely.

I honestly don't see how you're considering that to be the OP's original question. It's clearly about using their phone's internet, at best, to get around their data cap. It has nothing to do with downloading remotely, and nothing I can see in the first revision points that way.
