They wanted it to feel historical. Note all the WWII stuff. Big kicking dual battleship guns, fighters flying in formation and peeling off for a dive bomb run, etc.
They wanted it to feel like a big war of good vs evil, in contrast to the ambiguity of viet nam
parts of dialog (like beggar's canyon) are taken from a WWII movie called the Dam Busters. The final run on the deathstar is like the final run on the dam.
BUT it's structured like viet nam... rebels in the jungle, technological monstrosity vs them, and... who wins?
So it's like reframing viet nam in a WWII type light. But with the rebels winning. Showing the US in a different light, not always the good guy. but redeemable. Don't throw out all of the establishment... just throw out the bad, and keep the redeemable.

@Almo just a heads up - my last flag is maybe not the right category. I went with not an answer, but looking at some of the other stuff that account has put on the other networks, it has the look of AI babble.

ok will check thanks :)

You're welcome. I'm not always sure if it's a good idea to mention this sort of thing or not. I get that there's some behind the scene protocol that not public lest bad actors try to take advantage of it. Feel free to diamond it up & wipe this if needed.

for me that was like a spam as well but the description text of spam is not really matching

yeah, spam is specifically promoting something
this was just garbage.

Yeah, I hovered over that option for a hot second as well.

deleted anyway
thanks :)

but we dont have garbage as selection option
low quality at least still tries to answer the question

^ Agree with @Zibelas on both those.

hahahahah :D

Either way, thanks for the fast attention from all present. We have a great stack :)

Very low quality flags are for garbage / stuff to summarily delete. If you see a post that's trying to answer a question but doing so poorly / could be improved with an edit, that's a job for a suggested edit, comment, or downvote, not a very low quality flag.
