No he's makpid about recording the Yeshiva shiurim.

It's on Shabbos either way. But there's a chozer on Motzei Shabbos. The RY allows the recording of the chozer.

That might be useful....does he allow people outside yeshiva to listen to them also?

Yes I think so.

I know that some Roshei Yeshiva are makpid on that.

But every thing else are sometimes even sold..
