It's a little like asking, 'can you give me an example of a statistical analysis where numbers are used?', and they are supposedly going to teach this in a couple days?! It's a little strange.

@gung-ReinstateMonica Yes, it's jaw-dropping: but I'm sympathetic. Long ago I left a tenure-track position in mathematics because I was teaching stats and business students and realized I had no experience at all with the applications. I felt that to be a good teacher I needed to gain that experience before returning to academia. Presuming that knowing the math was good enough to teach well just felt fraudulent.
