@whuber my friend thinks "die" is plural and "dice" is singular and hasn't changed his mind even after I've given him hell for it
I also hear people use "criteria" as a singular
Poor Latin roots. Ironically a case of "Sic semper tyrannis", since (in my understanding) a lot of Latin usage in English was "forced," like the rules against splitting infinitives and ending sentences with prepositions. Then again, Latin does so much for expressiveness, and so much is lost with the subtleties in Latin roots. E.g. "disinterested" is a great word, but it's usually conflated with "uninterested" nowadays. And RIP "enormity"

I have seen someone attempt to pluralize agenda as agendae. Also, I encounter "an errata" periodically.
@ssdecontrol yeah, I run into the dice/die one a lot.

Hey Glen, yes but it's become a slow progress. Seems that there are fewer econometrics questions than normal out of term. Maybe I'll finally jump the hurdle by the end of the year :-)
