Q: How to select a specific row based on another row from same table

user119471I have a table with duplicated rows, I want to select only one row out of many that has a field populated in it. Example: +--------+------+---------------+ | id | col1 | col2 | +--------+------+---------------+ | 111111 | 9 | Not Specified | | 111111 | 1 | Green ...

It was about delete rows, not select
No, sorry
Can I delete comments here?

@McNets which ones?

@ypercubeᵀᴹ this is it
MSSQL, Yes, Once I have the values for col1, col2 for the specific id i no longer need the id with the unspecified information and i would like to delete it. — user119472 2 hours ago
Yes, the question was about delete records.

@McNets I meant which comments you want deleted? We can do that for you.

No, I want to delete my previous comments here about this question: dba.stackexchange.com/questions/166893/…
But, when I answered it, it was about delete duplicate records, not about select duplicate records.

SO docs on SQL are a lost cause: stackoverflow.com/documentation/review/changes/…
It feels so right to post that comment in the Trash
