I took the time to look up Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser as they were presented in both 1E and 2E TSR modules. Theses guys were like 20th level and their Stat-blocks (or whatever they were called then) include lots of tidbits about the characters but are surprisingly short on "torches, mess kit, toiletries" and the like.
