I have been at looking at the different resources but many of them are for meetups in real life. What if I wanted to collaborate over the internet rather than face to face? Where could I go for that specifically?

I'm writing a book. Fiction. I noticed I was using (far) too few paragraphs. Most have 3 or more sentences in them. Are there simple rules to separate them. (Make them not too long and not too short. Just so long they need to be.)
