Is deliberately answering a questions badly, so it will get downvoted so you can delete your answer and get the [disciplined] badge considered acceptable?
It's a bronze badge, not really worth actively working towards.
Unless you reeeeaaaallly just want all the badges :p
You're also assuming that you'll never give a bad answer unintentionally

I would suggest not pursuing it actively. Sooner or later, if you answer enough questions, you are bound to misinterpret a question, and give a bad answer, which will get down-voted. Then, you can delete it, and get the badge.
