main issue I see is there are no good API's to search for anime
MAL API is a piece of crap, you can't have a limited search so if you want to search for the anime C you have to query the letter C alone but they don't give you the entire result of C alone
but I might check their API to see if its any good but I don't like anidb so I might just use their name dump to store on my own local database like I do with the shiritori words and then when a user search for an anime, it checks the list and suggests names then you can search again with the specific name
but I am afraid that names might or can be different from anidb to MAL
I've asked on MAL's forum if they could implement the pagination/limit but seems they don't really care about their API
@AsadaShino or maybe go crazy make an account on MAL register all the anime/manga then export and from there we can just scrap the upcoming/recent added daily
