@BenGrossmann I know quotients, but since apparently everything about a group is satisfied, then something about your assumptions probably does not apply in this example. My group is from similarly operations and they can be concatenated as usual. So which part of a group does not work here?

@BenGrossmann Btw, the matrices A do not form a group under multiplication. They are just a set. This may be where your argument fails?
