My first impression was Africa or maybe South America (because of Casa)
But there is no Spanish speaking country I'm a aware of that drives to the left side of the road.

Oh, see, the sign was my big clue---it is written in Portuguese, which would usually mean Portugal or Brazil. But casa is common to both Spanish and Portuguese.
Yeah, the driving on the left confused me. I thought they were driving on the left, but I wasn't sure. And I didn't know of any Portuguese colony where left-hand driving is a thing, so I took a stab, and lost. :(

I then though about Mozambique and selected the capital city because of the high buildings.
The clue I missed is that Moçambique is actually written on one sign!

@jlliagre Oh, I didn't even see that!

Oh, and Coimbra is a Portuguese city too. That helped me to think about Mozambique.

I guessed Brasilia.

2:38 PM

YES! Coimbra is Portuguese! That was the clue I spotted. :(

The cedilla is invisible.

Oh, near the right of the image. Yeah, that would have maybe, possibly done it for me. I didn't see that.
