As long as we don't advise people to conduct illegal activities, or people outright admit that their plan is to use acquired knowledge for illegal activities, what's the issue?
Anyone asking how to use a buffer overflow to perform Remote Code Execution could potentially use that knowledge for illegal activities.
Yet no one here would say that's not a legitimate question
And if we had a firearms Q&A site, which we damn well should, then basically every other question related to firearm usage could potentially be used for illegal activities
I will turn a blind eye to most things. Piracy ... idgaf. People "claiming" something to be a CTF ... sure. I draw the line when people are talking about stealing money or causing harm to a person.
