You're welcome :). I know people from ServerFault don't like when they receive questions of "customer support" kind, if I can help a new user from getting in this or from hoping from site to site, well, that's nice :).

Apparently this user thought that "customer tools" where a kind of "self-made tools" : "it is an OS tool not mine" ;)

Yeah - we had to really earn our SF migration target, so avoiding messing it up is a good call
