Goodmorning folks! SE just appointed me to fill in on the moderator front for Richard who will be absent for at least a couple months. I just wanted to poke my head in here and say hi.

A couple action points:

* I am currently in the middle of some extensive international travel. I won't be properly settled again until the end of March, but I'll do my best to check in frequently and lend a hand with anything that needs attention.

* I understand being a moderator to be a balance of A) serving the community by backing whatever concsensus is about the site and B) helping guide and shape the site in constructive ways and helping educate the community. That being said, I am definitly a little behind the curve on understanding where BH as a community has gotten to. I'll do my best to catch up but I may need your help getting there!
