Although I shoot with f/ stop 11 why part of scene's is not focused?

Assume I shoot notebook (center), pen (right side) and pocket watch (bottom)

Why I can't make them all in focus when shooting with manual focus? If I focus on notebook, pen gets a little blurry while watch is almost as focused and notebook.

If I focus more on pen, then notebook is not as focused any more and watch is now focused more than notebook.

I am shooting with Panasonic G5, included Vario lens kit 14-42mm.

@MichaelClark sure, but that "aliasing" is happening at the capturing time. Whole photography is aliasing 3D world with 2D samples of limited resolution, and recording and measuring anything are goofed too. There is no aliasing happening at the moment of stretching tonal range (because it is bijective inbetween white and black point in discussed case). Also, aliasing is almost exclusively used for something that represents frequency and a tone is not a frequency of any kind.
