@jpaugh: "If you can, migrate this to Super User. The question is on-topic there." (photo.stackexchange.com/questions/83403/… for anyone following along at home). We don't have a direct migration path to Super User - it would have to be done by custom moderator action (of which I'm not one).

... Personally, I'm always slightly reticent to migrate poor questions from new users where they don't show any interest in improving the question as I feel it's probably just sending things into a black hole.

now personally, I'm not 100% sure that question meets the definition of "crap" for those purposes, but it also doesn't seem great. I probably wouldn't migrate it personally

@AJHenderson first rule: absolutely. Agreed this one isn't complete crap, but I'm not bothered enough about it to flag it myself. If somebody else does, then our admins can deal with it as they see fit :-)
