@MikeW @JohnCavan @jrista Just to let you know that static pages are an option. Meaning you'd be able to keep it all in the same place, but comments and new posts would be disabled. Helpful if you wanna keep it but not necessarily migrate it, and have no intentions of bringing some new life into it ;) So let me know if that's just fine, or if migration is still preferred.

Q: Use Paper as Shim for Circuit Board in 3V device

I've got a device (a PocketWizard Plus X for you photographers out there) powered by 2x AA batteries that needs a shim of some kind behind the circuit board in order for it to work properly. I used paper. Is that safe? Or will it start a fire? It's touching the backs of lots of the board compone...
