@AJHenderson were you paid? also: can you show me some of your best shots from that wedding when you are done doing post?

3:31 AM
@PatoSáinz I was just there as a guest for this one, but I still shoot and it sounds like the bride's family might send me something anyway because they were apparently very pleased to have me shooting both photos and videos of the wedding

@PatoSáinz Great! :) You'll get it done easily after you just set your mind to the job. I know about that inertia thing... it works in both ways you see. :)
Last night I got an old rule proven true, once again. That rule is "Know your equipment!!!" :P

@EsaPaulasto stunning

Went to shoot some photos of a fireworks show last night. Set up my things, and took one test shot before the show, to get a feel of the needed exposure. But then, when the show started, I only got dark crappy frames... What on earth was I doing wrong? .....
Took me a lil while to figure it out. I had my wireless remote release in wrong setting... That's because it was about one and a half years since I used it for Bulp-exposure. I had forgotten all about it.
So, when I got it set right, the show was almost over. I got this ONE and only shot right.

and why were there fireworks?

Okay, one is enough, but I'd rather have some more to choose from.
A yacht club was having their annual meeting at the harbor.
That's their celebrations show stopper. :)
That is a 9 second - f/4.5 - ISO 200 shot thru a Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 lens set at 20mm. (and a crop sensor camera)
