@Boris_yo the big things to consider are a) how much are you willing to spend and b) how portable does it need to be
if portability is a primary concern, the carbon fiber ones are very nice, if portability doesn't matter so much, carbon fiber is a waste of money as the primary reason is to make them lighter
personally, I'm a big Bogen/Manfroto fan, but those may still be out of your price range
it's also to consider your head type. The weight rating is just going to be determined by your camera rig weight
