Hi there. We have a table in our dev environment that has 2 million rows. Recently we dropped a few unused indexes from this table. A week after that, we noticed that the stored procedure that uses this table was taking a long time to run. The stored procedure has not been modified in the last few months. We ran sp_recompile on the table and the performance of the stored procedure improved. But the stored procedure started performing badly again the next week and we had to recompile the table again.
